We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) depending on how busy we are.

Please note that due to new regulations we have had to withdraw shipping to the EU and to Northern Ireland. 

We are saddened by this and hope to reinstate it but due to the administration involved we currently do not have a date for this.

Postage charges vary depending on the size/ weight of the items ordered and on your location. For more information, please see the charts below.

Your tracking information will be linked to the email address provided at checkout. You will be able to control the delivery of your parcel via this tracking and can choose to change the day, have parcels delivered to a neighbour or allocate a safe place.

If you allocate a safe place to your delivery you do so at your own risk and neither the delivery company or Caboodle Textiles is responsible for any loss from that place.
