Dispatch currently takes approx 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) depending on how busy we are. Please be aware that as items are on sale there may be increased demand and longer waits

Delivery following dispatch depends on your location and postage method. Please see here for the delivery times in your location.

Sale items, offer prices or any item marked reduced are exempt from the returns policy.

As we are closing and all items are on sale we can no longer accept returns.

We  offer postage to England, Wales and Scotland including Islands and Highlands. Isle of White and and Isle of Man.

Postage charges vary depending on the quantity / weight of the fabric ordered. For more information, please click here 

Due to export administration which comes into force in Dec 2024 we have had to withdraw NI and international postage for the foreseeable future. This is with great regret.

No. We deregistered for VAT at the end of May 2024 so your receipts will not show VAT after this time

We are no longer offering samples

We take great care to provide the most accurate pictures of our items. Due to the nature of digital photography and monitor colour displays, we cannot guarantee that every device will accurately depict the colour of our merchandise. Depending on your device and settings, the colour may be slightly off.

We will not be restocking.

The minimum length you can order of any fabric is 50cm, orders of multiple lengths will be sent as an uncut length.

Shorter lengths of fabric may be available as remnants and listed in the remnant section on a first come first served basis.

The washing and drying instructions provided on this website are as provided by the manufacturer and we have not tested them. Some laundry advice can seem over cautious and a fabric happily be washed at a higher temp or dried in a machine however it may affect the life of the fabric. It is always advisable to test wash and test dry any fabric before making into your finished product.

Yes you can. Simply select the option at checkout and email us to arrange your collection time.

Please note that due to our flexible working pattern we may not be able to accommodate your desired collection time at short notice.

Collection option will be removed in the final weeks of business operation so that all parcels can be dispatched before we close our unit.

We have removed all bolt and bundle discounts and now have site wide sales as we clear stock for closing.
