Description
Blue Ribbing Stretch Cuff Fabric
Blue Ribbing Stretch Cuff Fabric – a muted and more purple tone than our Cobalt ribbing.
Quality tubular ribbing with a great recovery and bounce.
What is the difference between the soft knit and the firm knit rib?
- Our firm knit rib is knitted with a slightly tighter thread which keeps its shape and structure best.
- Our soft knit rib has a more relaxed thread which is super soft and more flexible.
Both are suitable for sewing on necklines, cuffs and bands. The soft knit ribbing is softest to the touch while the firm rib will maintain its shape longer. It is personal preference which you choose. Colour shades differ between ranges. If you need your ribbing to colour coordinate with another fabric we are happy to provide photos on request.

Washing guide:
After you’ve put love and care into sewing your outfits you want them to stay looking their best.
Turn your clothing inside out before washing to prevent the exterior surface from getting roughed up against other items. Avoid washing with items which create high friction such as towels or rough fabrics. Wash at 30 on a gentle cycle. Wash similar colours together and don’t leave wet clothes sitting on each other after washing.
Air dry if possible. If you must use a tumble drier then keep it cool to preserve your fabrics for their longest happy life.
