All gift vouchers come straight to the recipient via email with a custom code included. You decide who the email goes to whether it be yourself or your friend or family member.
Your voucher is stored in the Caboodle website system and can be spent in one go or used in part with the rest held for the next time you visit.
Choose your amount from the £10- 50 pre set options or type in your own specific amount.
Then add your personal message.
You can even postpone the delivery of the email for a specific date. That means you can order now so you don’t forget but the email will hit the receivers inbox on their special day.

Terms of use of Caboodle Textiles gift vouchers
Caboodle Textiles reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Caboodle Textiles gift vouchers at any time. This does not affect your legal rights.
Use of your Caboodle Textiles gift voucher constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully.
The value of your Caboodle Textiles gift voucher can only be redeemed by visiting our website www.caboodletextiles.co.uk.
The gift voucher balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another voucher.

Validity
Your Caboodle Textiles gift voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation, after which any remaining balance will be removed and the voucher will become invalid and no longer available for use.
The exact date of expiration will be viewable on your voucher.
Lost or Stolen
In cases where your Caboodle Textiles gift voucher is lost or stolen, Caboodle Textiles may be able to reissue your voucher providing certain details are provided.
Caboodle Textiles cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a Caboodle Textiles gift voucher as a result of theft or fraud.
Crediting a Caboodle Textiles gift voucher
Should you return product(s) purchased using a Caboodle Textiles gift voucher for an exchange of a lesser value, any refund amount due will be credited to the original method of payment.
In the event that you may have discarded your Caboodle Textiles gift voucher, a new voucher will be issued to you with the refund amount applied.
If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Caboodle Textiles gift voucher and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Caboodle Textiles gift voucher in the first instance.
If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by Caboodle Textiles gift voucher, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used (debit/credit voucher or cash).
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) depending on how busy we are.

Postage charges vary depending on the size/ weight of the items ordered and on your location. For more information, please see the delivery page.
Your tracking information will be linked to the email address provided at checkout. You will be able to control the delivery of your parcel via this tracking and can choose to change the day, have parcels delivered to a neighbour or allocate a safe place.
If you allocate a safe place to your DPD delivery you do so at your own risk and neither DPD or Caboodle Textiles is responsible for any loss from that place.
If your item does not arrive in a timely manner please contact Caboodle Textiles at support@caboodletextiles.co.uk including your name and order number.
Returns
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.
Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.
You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the returns form. We will then process your return.
We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.
Sale items or any item marked reduced is exempt from the returns policy.
Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility return postage will be paid by Caboodle Textiles.
To ensure your fabric stays looking good we recommend the following laundry care:
1) Pre wash fabrics before making your items. This allows the natural fibres to shrink before you cut them out rather than after you’ve first worn them. Most fabrics have some shrinkage on first wash but it is usually under 10%.
2) Turn your item inside out. This helps prevent other items rubbing up against your fabric bobbling and snagging the fibres.
3) Wash at 30. As well as keeping your bills down and helping the environment, washing on a cool setting helps keep the colours from fading. If you really need to wash it at a higher temperature use a gentle setting.
